Current regulations regarding Covid in France don't apply to our business (short trips with less than 50pax).
You will simply be asked to wear a mask and apply hydroalcoholic lotion when getting on board.
To get tickets, you can go directly to our booking page, by clicking here. There, you can select the number of participants, a date and a time for available tours. Just after payment completion, you will receive an email with all the relevant information.
Please, make sure to be able to show this email (printed or on your smartphone) to our staff so they can welcome you on board.

Masks are available on board for every passenger to wear.
When boarding, passengers are required to wash their hands using the hydroalcoholic lotion our guides will offer.
When on the road (or on the river!), the bus is fully open on its sides for good airflow purposes.
Every night, when Marcel, our favorite amphibious, goes back to its warehouse, we clean it thoroughly inside and out !
The boarding always takes place from the same address: Place jacques Rueff, 75007 Paris. It is a big roundabout, right at the center of the Champ de Mars garden, facing the Eiffel Tower 250 meters away. To see this address on a map, please click here.
Please, note that passengers are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their tour departure.
You can easily go to our departure point with the subway, the RER or with public buses :
- Subway line 8, Ecole Militaire stop & a 13 minutes walk
- Subway line 6 or 9, Trocadéro stop & a 19 minute walk
- RER C, Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel stop & a 12 minutes walk
- Buses lines 69 or 86, Champ de Mars stop & a 2 minutes walk

For all adults, one seat is 38 euros. For children (aged 2 to 12 years old), one seat is 22 euros.
For big families of 2 adults and 2 children or more, the child seat will cost 15 euros.
You can cancel or modify your booking anytime, directly from within your confirmation email or by calling during business hours at 0033 1 84 60 61 00.
Beware that we will not be able issue a refund if you cancel your booking less that 24hours prior to the departure. A 50% refund is issued if the tour gets cancelled between 24h and 72h before departure. Otherwise, we’ll be able to give a full refund.
For regulatory and safety reasons, children must be at least 2 years old to get onboard.
After a booking is made online or through phone, a confirmation email is sent to you.
This confirmation email is your ticket. You can either print it and bring it with you or show it straight from your phone when you get on board.
This is for us to have time to check everyone’s booking confirmation email & choose seats for everyone.
Yes. This vehicle is both a coach and a passenger boat. It meets all most recent relevant road and river safety standards.
We make everything in our power so that you can be seated as you wish.
However, under certain circumstances, for balancing reasons, we might have to request from you that you change seat.
Yes, we have one for each passenger.

Although the bus is heated and may be enclosed, you should dress appropriately for the weather on the day of the tour. It could be breezy on the Seine.

As long as we have available seats, you can buy tickets on board with cash or credit card, 15 minutes prior to departure.
However, please note that if the internet booking page shows no available seats for a particular tour, you won’t find any for sale on board either.

It is a very important matter for us, in part because several people behind Les Canards de Paris are disabled people. The company is working toward getting an approval by the administration to accommodate an in-house innovative technical solution.

On the road, you will get to enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Alexander the third bridge, the Little Palace and the Big Palace, the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe.
We’ll then take you for the big splash at the “île de Monsieur”, around the new “Seine Musicale” of the “île de Seguin”.
We then drive along the banks to come back to our departure point.

It depends on road traffic. The tour lasts around 100 to 120 minutes. This includes 20 to 25 minutes on the river Seine.

Note that within this timeframe, a voucher stays valid if the person that uses it cancels his booking more than 72 hours before their tour departure.
